I’m a Personal Trainer in Hampstead specialising in helping busy professionals gain strength, stay injury free and get great returns from their training and nutrition.
Recovering from injury?
I'm an injury prevention and lower back pain management specialist. I've worked in the fitness industry since 2014 and obtained a Level 4 Lower Back pain management qualification in 2015.
My passion is helping people improve athletic performance and pain free movement.

Coaching is much more than trying to get someone into ‘shape’. As your Personal Trainer in Hampstead, I will access your motives and support your sustainable healthy lifestyle. Consistency is key when it comes to training and nutrition. ‘You do not need to be perfect but you do need to be consistent’.

I will give you a complete approach to training. You will acquire new skills to ensure a positive outlook to exercise and self confidence.

Strength Training
I'll create a strength training exercise plan to safely and effectively build your lean muscle mass and bone density.

Injury Prevention
Improving your mobility and posture will be my priority in our sessions. When exercising you should be completely pain free.

Pain Management
I will help you identify the source of your physical pain then teach you sustainable ways to manage and minimize it. My program will teach pain management through exercise and daily activities.

Guiding you every step of the way
My approach is simple. I identify your strengths and current ability then vastly improve on then. You will build skills and confidence in and outside the studio. When I am not there in person, you will receive guidance on your online portal which will direct you through your individual mobility and strength programme.
Your safety comes first - always
Exercise comfortably in the heart of Hampstead. A private studio with lots of natural light and ventilation away from public access. Hand sanitation points within the gym, as well as extensive, frequent cleaning on all equipment before and after use. And for those with especially busy schedules, you can now train with me online!
